Where is IdleSpots available?

We're live across the Los Angeles area, with new neighborhoods and cities on the way. Open the map to see spots near you.

Is the price on the map really the final price?

Yes. The price shown for your chosen duration already includes fees and tax. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

How does gate access work?

At buildings with smart gate access, the gate unlocks automatically when you arrive and check in. There's also a manual open button in your active booking. Spots without a smart gate show their access instructions on the listing.

What does "insurance included" cover?

Every booking includes insurance coverage at no additional cost. The full policy details are available in the app before you book.

Can I stay longer than I booked?

You can extend from the app while your booking is active, as long as the spot is free. Overstaying without extending may incur a penalty, which is shown in the app.

How do hosts get paid?

Hosts connect a bank account during setup and receive automatic weekly payouts for completed bookings. Payments are processed by Stripe.
